Services
Our event planning services include the following elements and are completely customized to each client's needs:
- A free consultation to establish your event needs.
- Unlimited phone and E-mail contact between us and the client.
- Development of a budget for your event.
- Our fee is based on your budget no matter how small or large of an event
- Securing an event location and reviewing all contracts.
- Assist with pre-screened vendors for your event date.
- Establish a scheduled time line for your event that includes a vendor payment schedule, week prior to event activities, rehearsal day,day of event, and after event activities.
- Coordination and personal assistance with selections for:
- invitations, party favors, cakes and desserts, entertainment, photography, videography, florist, jewelers, catering, travel, hair and makeup, formal wear rental, decorations, valet services, transportation, wardrobe, calligrapher, gifts, bridal registry, wedding officiants, and any other service your event requires.
- Attend all of your vendor meetings as requested.
- Coordination and confirmation of all vendors and guest count prior to your event.
- Effectively coordinate a wedding rehearsal and assist with the rehearsal dinner as needed.
- Arrive early on the day of your event, confirm all vendors are in place, utilize the event time line, and stay until the end of your event.
- (A typical wedding work day is 10-12 hours)
- Dress your guest tables, strike any decor, and act as a concierge for all of your guests.
- Provide personal assistance to you and your family on wedding day.
- Assure you that your event will be flawless and enjoyed by all that attend.
Each event is customized to the client's needs and is dependent on their budget.
